Hợp kim Nimonic 80A

Hợp kim Nimonic 80A (UNS N07080/W.Nr. 2.4952 & 2.4631) là hợp kim cứng kết tủa, nó có đặc tính kéo tuyệt vời ở nhiệt độ cao
(lên tới 815°C). Nó được sử dụng cho các bộ phận của tuabin khí (cánh, vòng và đĩa), bu lông, giá đỡ ống nồi hơi hạt nhân, các chi tiết và lõi đúc khuôn, cũng như cho van xả ô tô. Van xả của động cơ diesel dùng cho tàu thủy và xe tăng chủ yếu được rèn từ Nimonic 80A. Nimonic 80A có khả năng chịu nhiệt cao và độ bền cao ở nhiệt độ cao. Khả năng chống biến dạng lớn, làm tăng độ khó rèn. Nó phù hợp để sản xuất bu lông và van gas cho buồng đốt.
